While in Guatemala I made this video interview with midwife Rebeca Vazques Tuy in Olintepeque, talking about the womens situation in her village and in general in Guatemala.

While in Guatemala this January I made a few TV-spots for Swedish NGO Diakonia and Kooperationen Utan Gränser. This was aired on Swedish TV4 on Postkodmiljonären.

New pictures

Some new pictures on the site. This time from a recent trip to Guatemala. I went there on assignment for various Swedish NGOs, this time to produce films, both for TV and for web. I also managed to shot a whole lot of stills while working and you can view a selection in GUATEMALA 2012 on my site.

Oslo photofair 2012

Last weekend the annual photofair was held in Oslo, Norway. As usual the fair had a large number of photo exhibitions , this year curated and designed by me and Sofia Marcetic.
This year we showed Norwegian photographers like Orsolya Haarberg, Pål Laukli and Espen Rasmussen. We also had Swedish names like Magnus Wennman, Elisabeth Ohlson Wallin and duo Aorta. Other exhibitions wort noticing was Heidi & Hans-Jürgen Koch, Norwegian Journal of Photography and Mattias Fredriksson.
Keep a look out for coming exhibitions in Copenhagen this fall!

Guatemala trip

Just returned home after a couple of weeks working in Guatemala for Swedish ngo's. First time doing both video and stills on the same assignment. We managed to bring home material for one short for television, two short video interviews for web and also a number of reportages and portraits for print. Will post videos and links to pictures as they become ready.

Nobel Prize season

The 2011 Nobel Prizes have just been awarded and I've been fortunate to meet and photograph this years laureates, among them Swedish poet Tomas Tranströmer (Literature prize winner), Saul Perlmutter (Physics), Thomas Sargent (Economics) and Christopher Sims. Link to portrait gallery here and here.
